Q. How long does shipping take ?

Shipping takes 3-5 business days. (5-10) during high volume sales.

Q. How do I change or cancel my order?

Every purchase is a final sale.

Q. Can I return or exchange an item?

Exchanges are acceptable for any damaged product. You must contact us via email info@vatarie.com, within 72 hours of receiving the damaged items.

Q. Stolen items, how can I get a refund?

Unfortunately we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Q. I noticed I gave an incorrect address, can I get a refund?

We apologize for any inconvenience, if you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted.

Q. What method is used for shipping ?

All packages are shipped USPS only.

Q. What happens when my order is returned to sender?

Once your order is returned to sender, we will contact you via email with the same email address provided at checkout. If you’re requesting for your order to reship, you must purchase a reship fee. If you rather not have your order reshipped, we will issue a store credit in full amount of your order minus the shipping cost.

Q. I am an international customer. Do I have to pay customs and taxes?

Items shipped outside of the United States maybe subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by VATARIE COSMETICS. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional fees will be prior to placing your order.

Q. DO VATARIE COSMETICS TEST THEIR PRODUCTS ON ANIMALS?

Vatarie cosmetics is and forever will remain a CRUELTY FREE company . We do not test our product on animals.

Q. May an order be placed without an account?

Setting up an account is very beneficial to our clients for several reasons, however it's not necessary to make a purchase. Please move forward with guest checkout.

Q. How often do you restock merchandise?

Restocks are done bi-weekly

Q. Can I cancel my order?

All sales are final. In some cases yes if order is still in warehouse.

Q. How can I change my address after I placed an order?

You may email customer service or call our toll free number. Address correction fee may apply.
